Shipping policy
DOMESTIC
We are unable to cancel or change your order after it is placed.
After the order is placed, you will be sent a confirmation email. Once an order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Orders are typically processed (pre-shipment) within 1/2 business days. However, due to the current logistics environment, orders may take up to 4 business days to be shipped.
Pre-orders will ship during the dates listed on the TERMS & CONDITIONS, at the time of purchase.
Separate orders or orders with multiple items will be combined and may require extra processing time.
Shipping typically takes 1-3 business days Crono or TNT, but delays from the courier can happen.
We ship to the address provided by the customer, and we are not responsible for lost or missing orders due to an incorrect shipping address provided.
The customer is responsible for the re-delivery fee.
INTERNATIONAL
We are unable to cancel or change your order after it is placed.
We currently offer flat-rate shipping to select countries. Our shipping rates do not cover duties and taxes.
DUTIES & TAXES PAID ON ALL EU ORDERS
Shipping takes 1-6 business days via FedEx (not including any customs and duties delays).

We are unable to ship to PO boxes/ local post office boxes - FedEx is unable to deliver to them.
